What is Innovention Products?
As our name suggests, Innovention Products is all about getting more new ideas or designs to create new products.
An invention is usually a “thing”, while an innovation is usually an invention that causes change in behavior or interactions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and ship.
When can I expect my package?
Orders take 3 to 5 business weeks to be delivered.
Can I return something if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can. However, you must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Any returned products must be sent to us in all of its original packaging, and in like-new condition.
We will not accept your return if you don’t like your own design on products. Unfortunately, we cannot give you full refund if you order a lot of items.

Can I request a refund?
Yes you can request a refund within 14 days of subscribing to any paid plan. We can approve your full refund and will send a refund to your credit cards. You will receive the credit within one week and depending on your credit card’s issue policies.

What if I got the wrong address for shipping?
You will be responsible to pay your own shipping costs for returning your orders if you get the wrong address. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What should I do if your products are lost or missing?
The shippers are responsible to take care of all products and are the ideal ones to follow up with.
Can I ship hazardous or dangerous products?
We will not accept hazardous or dangerous goods, prohibited items, food, batteries, alcohol, liquids and tobacco products.
What if I buy your products and something happens to me?
My company is not responsible if something happens to harm you during the process of purchasing products. For example, mailboxes or packages spread diseases or allergies. Or, there could be instances of bio-warfare using anthrax or similar hazardous substances. You will need to contact the responsible shipping company, emergency or law enforcement in such a scenario.
What should I do with copycats?
Innovention Products does not copyright your designs and we are not responsible for someone else copying your designs if you make them available on a public domain. If you have obtained a copyright on your designs, you are free to notify copycats and take a legal route. However, we will neither be responsible or liable in the event of such action
Which payment methods do you accept?
We can accept only credit cards online if you want to order our products. Money orders, checking and others are not accepted at this time.
