If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please send us a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase with shipping date for us to process the return.
If the products are damaged or defective, you may return the products with free shipping and authorization label.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you don’t like your own design on products. We also would not be able to give you a complete refund if you order items in bulk.
On receiving the returned order, it will be thoroughly inspected and we will charge you for any pieces that may be missing.
Once your refund is approved, you will send the refund back to your credit card. The refund should reflect against your card within a week of being initiated, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
